The 2011 harvest is over! We are packing some of our pecans in our big freezer, in case you run out during the off-season. Pecans do very well in the freezer, and our fresh-frozen ones are vastly superior to the ones you find in the grocery store. We no longer offer in-shell pecans; everything will be shelled so that we can be sure to offer you only the prettiest and most delicious pecans.

GIFT CARDS: If you would like for us to include a personalized greeting card with your order, please leave a message under "Special Instructions".

GIFT LISTS: If you have a list of recipients, it may be easier to send it to us by email, fax, or mail. We maintain your old list in our files, and can easily retrieve it for updating.

PRIVACY: We adhere to a strict privacy policy that means your information will not be shared, sold, or otherwise distributed.

: Shelled Pecan Halves (10); These are our top-of-the-line products. We use our largest choice pecans, crack and shell them, then select only beautiful golden halves.

: Shelled Pecan Pieces (7); Rosalie pecan pieces are beautiful fresh golden meats separated during processing. They are usually available as large, medium, or small (chopped) sizes.

: Combo Packs (2); We hate to think of you cooks chopping up our beautiful halves, so we offer these combination packages of halves and pieces. Perfect for cooking!
