The 2009 harvest is over! The shelled pecans are being packed away in the freezer for the off-season. We should have plenty for your off-season gift-giving and baking. As you may know, pecans do very well in the freezer. They can be thawed and refrozen without harm.

GIFT CARDS: If you would like for us to include a personalized gift card with your order, please leave a message under "Special Instructions".

GIFT LISTS: If you have a list of recipients, it may be easier to send it to us by email, fax, or mail. We maintain your old list in our files, and can easily retrieve it for updating.

: Shelled Pecan Halves (10); These are our top-of-the-line products. We use our largest choice pecans, crack and shell them, then select only beautiful golden halves.

: Shelled Pecan Pieces (7); Rosalie pecan pieces are beautiful fresh golden meats separated during processing. They are usually available as large, medium, or small (chopped) sizes.

: Combo Packs (2); We hate to think of you cooks chopping up our beautiful halves, so we offer these combination packages of halves and pieces. Perfect for cooking!
